I'm direct and pattern first. I'll tell you what's actually broken, even when it's not the comfortable answer.
Before I build anything, I ask a lot of questions, about your habits, your decision patterns, your team, what's already been tried, because the plan only works if it's built around how your business actually runs.
Day to day, most communication happens async in Slack, so you're not stuck waiting on a call to get an answer. You bring the access, the context, and the follow-through. I bring the pattern-spotting and the system.

I'm digitally unplugged and enjoying a motorcycle ride when Canada's seasons allow for it or I'm cuddled up with the fur babies, pad thai en route and Burlesque playing in the background for the 12472th time.
I started this business so I could give back to women. So I could make their reality of leading both the successful business and the abundant life with sustainability. That is my why. I am based in BC, Canada and take on clients wherever they happen to be in the world. Time zones and borders are the least interesting thing about working together.
